Absolutely pathetic service. Three different times I've been in here to buy an Xbox live card and three different times this one employee, usually on the 6am Wednesday shift, has told me the card verification machine was broken yet when I come back later in the day and a new employee is there they are able to complete the transaction no problem. I'm actually pretty sure the employee was doing something in the bathroom as he slammed the bathroom door shut when I called out hello to the empty store
