  I ordered hot fries and one extra pump of Mac Sauce on my Big Mac. The cashier entered extra (McChicken which is mayo) sauce and didn't call out to the grill. I did get Mac sauce as requested but my burger had at least three or four extra pumps of sauce and literally fell apart when I picked it up. My fries were cold. I took my order back to the cashier and asked for the manager. A young blonde woman said she was in charge. She gave no apology for the wrong order and wanted to debate whether the fries were hot or not. I've tried this McDonald's a few times and have found the staff to be consistently disinterested and sometimes rude. I'm not going back.
