  I sat there for 8min waiting for a blizzard that was already done, sitting on the counter, because the lady keeps taking more orders and giving out food and ignoring the ice cream orders. And on a seperate occasion I was served by some guy that was in line ahead of me, and after ordering went around the counter and took my order. To which the worker there replied "You don't even work here anymore" then they joked around and he proceeded to walk into the back and pick up his food out of the back, then leave. 2 of the workers in the back were not in uniform, and the workers were too busy talking to this guy who apparently doesn't work there anymore to take orders. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized on the part of serving orders that were ready 8min ago. Ontop of that the place is disgusting, likely because of all the friends of the workers walking around in the back, and had a friend that got sick after eating there, and now that I look, there are multiple other reviews saying they also got sick. The staff are untrained, immature, slow, easily distracted, and have absolutely no awareness for orders that are done and sitting on the counter, or for customers. I strongly suggest avoiding this location.
