There was another customer being helped at the desk so I waited for about 5 min listening to other staff members talking in the back. opened and closed the door a few times to make the chime go off and still no service and the guy behind the counter never noticed me standing there! I have had poor service from Apex before but this is the last time I go back. Too bad I have 14 cell phones in my company portfolio. See ya Apex!
